Any funds in such an Account may be forfeited.
To access the Services, you must complete the registration process on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. You may hold only one Account on nay24. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. nay24 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify nay24 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
nay24 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals and in connection with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any point during your use of the Platform, including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal or upon detection of unusual account activity.

Strict Prohibition: Submitting falsified, altered, expired or obscured documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. nay24 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, to suspend access during investigations and to permanently close Accounts found to be in breach of this clause, with or without prior notice. Fraudulently obtained funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
nay24 supports a range of deposit methods. The availability of specific methods — including bank transfer and digital payment options commonly used in Pakistan — may vary by region and is subject to change. Payment provider names referenced on the Platform (including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are used for contextual reference only. nay24 makes no representation that those providers endorse gambling activities or are affiliated with the Platform.
Deposits may be accepted in selected currencies. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is displayed as a reference denomination, conversion rates and applicable fees will be disclosed at the point of transaction. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT and others where available) are also supported subject to current Platform conditions.
Deposits must be made from payment methods owned by and registered to the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. nay24 reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or mismatched payment sources and to apply additional verification requirements.
Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit thresholds may apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction. nay24 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit values without prior notice.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available on nay24 are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.
Bonuses credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying game categories, game contribution rates and time limits are specified within each individual promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — certain game types (including but not limited to live dealer tables) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
nay24 reserves the right to withhold, reverse or cancel any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Requesting a withdrawal before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement on an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated bonus winnings.
Players found to be exploiting promotions through collusion, the use of multiple accounts or any other abusive method will have bonuses cancelled, winnings forfeited and Accounts terminated.
Withdrawals will only be processed where the following conditions are met: your Account KYC verification is complete and approved; your Account is in good standing with no active compliance flags; all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been fulfilled; and the withdrawal amount meets the Platform's current minimum withdrawal threshold.
Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. nay24 reserves the right to apply alternative payout methods at its discretion. Processing timelines are dependent on the chosen method, KYC status and internal review requirements. No guaranteed processing timeframe is warranted.
nay24 operates in compliance with anti-money laundering principles. All withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced review. The Operator reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before approving a withdrawal and to delay or decline withdrawals pending the completion of compliance checks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nay24 and its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
nay24 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free or free from technical interruptions. Temporary suspension of Services for maintenance, security updates or technical reasons does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
nay24 accepts no liability for losses arising from network disruptions, device failures, third-party payment provider issues or any event outside the Operator's reasonable control.
nay24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, nay24 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Funds lawfully belonging to the Player will be returned once compliance requirements are satisfied, unless the funds are subject to forfeiture under these Terms.

Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform (for example, by way of an on-screen notification at login).
